Media advertising is inserted in local regional, national, international locations , trade journals and the internet on an as need basis. Candidate Sourcing Industry Sourcing - Typically we will develop a customized database from our library, industry associations, the internet, customer mailing lists, third party lists and our extensive in-house database. This customized database is then verified for accuracy by phoning the organizations to determine the correct contact by means of job title or function. This exhaustive research is undertaken by our research team. These centers of influence are then sent a copy of the position profile and a request soliciting referrals. Subsequent to the campaign the individuals are then contacted and asked the question "who do you know, or who do you know that might know?" Typically these individuals are called on several occasions so that we can develop rapport and garner their confidence. This concentrated flurry of activity within the particular market segment creates an in-circle dialogue and piques the interest/curiosity of the potential candidates.
