· Determine sales strategy and co-ordinate sales lead generation, distribution, and follow up.
· Provide technical and/or sales expertise for sales consultants to maximise sales and customer service.
· Provide input into the overall marketing plan.
· Participate in planning and staffing of trade shows.
· Review and approve job specifications, quotations and contracts.
· Conduct sales meetings and sales training to ensure continuous development of sales staff.
· Provide sales budgets as required and maintain accurate sales funnels.
· Initiate and direct advertising within budgeted limits.
· Participation on the Safety Committee.
