You may be a SERVICE MANAGER/WRITER in a Heavy Equipment, Truck, Automotive or Agricultural dealership. Or you could have Management – Supervisory -Customer service skills developed in a mechanical/hydraulic business. Or you may be just a natural manager with an intuitive nature, a strong Mechanical aptitude and a good old Western Canadian “Get R Done” style!
You know how to get your guys to fix what's broken, and keep that rig moving, doing the job it's supposed to do. You know how to lead your team to figure out what's wrong, decide whether the part should be fixed or whether you need a new one, and put it all back together again, sometimes, over the phone with the customer.
