Candidate Sourcing Industry Sourcing - Typically we will develop a customized database from our library, industry associations, the Internet, customer mailing lists, third party lists and our extensive in-house database. This customized database is then verified for accuracy by phoning the organizations to determine the correct contact by means of job title or function. This exhaustive research is undertaken by our research team and can contain thiousands of contacts. These centers of influence are then sent a copy of the position profile and an email/letter soliciting referrals. Subsequent to this promotion campaign the individuals are then contacted and asked the question "who do you know, or who do you know that might know?" Typically these individuals are called on several occasions so that we can develop rapport and garner their confidence. This concentrated flurry of activity within the particular market segment creates an in-circle dialogue and piques the interest/curiosity of the potential candidates.

Should the candidate leave the employ of the client, or should the client elect to terminate the candidate for any reason within the guarantee period, Daniluck & Associates International will replace the candidate at no cost except for out of pocket expenses, providing that we are notified in writing within the guarantee period and that all invoices are paid within 30 days of issuance. Replacements are not transferable.

If the client is not completely satisfied with the services provided by Daniluck & Associates International, we will, at the client's option either waive the balance of the professional fees or accept a portion of those fees that reflects the client's level of satisfaction!
